Privacy policy

rinoplastika.info does not keep user accounts. If you contact us by telephone, email, WhatsApp or the form on the site, we process the name, number, email address and the content of the message solely to reply to the enquiry and arrange an examination. The form sends the submission via FormSubmit to kontakt@rinoplastika.info.

Data

We do not sell data. We do not send marketing lists. We keep messages as long as needed to reply and organise an appointment, or until you ask us to delete them.

Cookies and measurement

In production, Google Tag Manager (GTM-NNM6W4B2) is used. The script loads only after you accept measurement on the bar. The container can then load Google Analytics and set cookies (e.g. _ga) to see which pages are read and whether telephone, WhatsApp, email or the form were clicked. If you decline, measurement is not switched on. The choice is remembered in the browser (localStorage, key rino-ga). Clearing browser data or choosing again on the bar changes the decision. If JavaScript is not enabled, GTM has a fallback noscript iframe.
