What determines the figure
The fee for rhinoplasty in Zagreb is not one number for every nose. The amount depends on whether the procedure is primary or revision, whether the septum needs correction, how much work is done on bone and tip, whether a graft is needed (septum, ear, rib), and on anaesthesia and the stay in the facility. Revision and reconstruction with rib are more expensive than a primary correction because they take longer and require more material. A procedure on the tip alone and a procedure that changes the bridge and function are not the same cost outline, even though both carry the same name.
What to expect in the cost outline
Surgery, anaesthesia, the stay on the day of the procedure and the agreed reviews in early recovery. The first examination, laboratory work, extra findings and a possible overnight stay may stand separately. That is said before an appointment, not on the bill after surgery.

In Zagreb, published figures for primary rhinoplasty in private clinics currently run at roughly 3.100 to 5.900 euros, and revisions higher. This is a market orientation, not the fee list of this practice.
Primary, revision, graft
A primary correction of the hump and tip, without a major procedure on the septum, sits in the lower part of the range. The same primary rhinoplasty with function (septum, valves) raises theatre time and therefore the figure. Revision sits higher because the tissue has already been changed.
A graft from the ear adds a procedure at another site. A graft from the rib adds another incision and another recovery. That is not “injected” into the fee afterwards — it is visible in the plan before you confirm an appointment.
What insurance does not cover
Aesthetic rhinoplasty in a private facility is not an HZZO item. If there is also a functional part, that does not turn the whole procedure into a “free nose operation”. The cost outline you hear here refers to the procedure in Zagreb, not to a waiting list in the public system.
Why there is no fixed number on the homepage
